This promotion is available to prospective clients who engage with S.A.S Builders at the Auckland Home Show and enter into a signed preliminary agreement with S.A.S Builders no later than 31 October 2026.
The promotion applies only to qualifying new build projects with a minimum contracted construction value of $500,000, where S.A.S Builders is engaged as the main building contractor. The maximum value of the promotional heat pump package is limited to 1.5% of the final contracted build value.
The promotion provides Fujitsu high-wall heat pumps selected and appropriately sized by S.A.S Builders and/or its HVAC contractor for the applicable rooms. As a general guide, the package provides for one heat pump per qualifying bedroom and a minimum of one heat pump servicing the principal shared living space. Bedrooms must be formally designated as bedrooms on the approved construction plans. For larger homes, additional units may be considered relative to the size and value of the overall build.
The final number, location, capacity and model of heat pumps supplied under the promotion are at the discretion of S.A.S Builders and will be confirmed in writing with the client before construction.
The promotion includes the supply, standard installation and commissioning of qualifying heat pumps as part of the S.A.S Builders new build programme. Units must be high-wall systems installed in locations suitable for straightforward connection to their respective outdoor units. Ducted systems, non-standard installations and installations requiring additional or specialist works are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The promotional package cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for a credit against the building contract or transferred to another project or client. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other S.A.S Builders promotion, special offer or negotiated discount.
Eligibility and the final promotional package are subject to confirmation by S.A.S Builders.

The promotion applies to general kitchen appliances selected in consultation with S.A.S Builders. The final promotional allowance will be confirmed in writing and may be applied towards eligible appliances selected for the new home.
Clients may select appliances exceeding the promotional allowance, with any difference in purchase price, installation cost or associated works payable by the client.
S.A.S Builders may arrange the procurement of the appliances or, by prior agreement, allow the client to purchase approved appliances directly. Any client-supplied appliances must be agreed with S.A.S Builders before purchase to ensure compatibility with the approved plans, cabinetry, services and construction programme.
Standard installation of eligible appliances is included where installation forms part of the normal new build process. Any non-standard electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, cabinetry, structural or other modifications required to accommodate particular appliance selections are excluded from the promotion and will be charged separately.
All appliance selections are subject to availability. Where an appliance becomes unavailable, discontinued or otherwise impractical to supply, S.A.S Builders may work with the client to select an appropriate alternative within the remaining promotional allowance.
Any unused portion of the promotional allowance cannot be exchanged for cash, credited against the building contract, transferred to another project or used for purposes outside the appliance package.
This promotion cannot be combined with the Free Heat Pump promotion, any other S.A.S Builders promotional offer, or any negotiated discount.
Eligibility, qualifying appliances and the final promotional allowance are subject to confirmation by S.A.S Builders.

Eligible clients may select one of the following promotional packages: an appliance package, bathroom fittings upgrade or outdoor BBQ area setup. The specific inclusions, products and scope of the selected package will be agreed with S.A.S Builders and confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
The promotional package has a minimum value of $3000 and maximum value of $15,000, inclusive of applicable supply and standard installation costs. Clients may elect to upgrade or expand their selected package, with all costs exceeding the promotional allowance payable by the client.
The appliance package may include agreed kitchen or household appliances selected to suit the new home. The bathroom fittings upgrade may include enhanced tapware, fixtures, fittings or other agreed bathroom upgrades. The outdoor BBQ area package may include an agreed BBQ, outdoor furniture, storage or associated outdoor entertaining features. Final inclusions will be tailored to the design and requirements of each home and confirmed with S.A.S Builders prior to installation.
Non-standard installation, additional construction work, specialist services or modifications beyond the agreed package are excluded and will be charged separately. Products and materials are subject to availability, and S.A.S Builders may substitute equivalent products where reasonably required.
The promotional package cannot be exchanged for cash, credited against the building contract, transferred to another project or client, or combined with the Free Heat Pump, Appliance Package, any other S.A.S Builders promotion or negotiated discount.
