Our Process

1) Meet for a chat

Early engagement helps us understand your vision and set your project up for success. If you need an architect, we can connect you with the right fit.

2) Preliminary contract

This agreement confirms your intent to work with us and allows detailed pricing to begin. A fee may apply depending on project scale/complexity.

3) Preliminary work

We complete required pre-contract tasks such as engineering reports, asbestos testing, and supplier introductions to ensure full readiness before construction.

4) Drawings + pricing

Once working drawings are lodged, we prepare a detailed cost using either Cost + Margin or Fixed Price contracts. Pricing takes 3–5 weeks depending on complexity.

5) Sign your contract

After pricing is confirmed, we finalise your contract and provide access to your secure project website with timelines, updates, documents, and weekly invoicing.

6) Progress Payments

Our weekly invoicing and 14-day terms create a smooth, transparent payment process with clear visibility over all completed work.

7) Owner supplied goods

You may supply your own items, but any replacements for inclusions in your fixed price will require a variation to adjust the agreement.
