Insurance rebuild and renewal

Following significant flood damage, with water levels rising approximately 60mm throughout the home, this project required a complete internal strip-out and carefully managed restoration. All affected wall linings were removed, dried and assessed before new GIB was installed to reinstate structural integrity and ensure long-term durability.

Particular attention was given to moisture-impacted areas, especially within the bathrooms where water had penetrated beneath tiled surfaces. Both bathrooms were fully rebuilt, incorporating compliant waterproofing systems and updated fixtures to provide lasting protection and a refreshed aesthetic.

The project extended beyond simple reinstatement, with the installation of a new kitchen, updated flooring, new carpet, trims and curtains throughout. The end result was not only a restoration of the home but a considered upgrade—delivering a modern, cohesive interior finished to a high standard of workmanship.
