Rebuilt for performance

This project involved a complete internal demolition alongside the removal of existing external cladding and windows, effectively rebuilding the home from the framing outward. With no insulation present in the original structure, we upgraded the property’s thermal and acoustic performance by installing insulation throughout, including internal walls to enhance soundproofing.

Externally, the home was rewrapped and fitted with a cavity system before receiving new cladding and double-glazed aluminium joinery, significantly improving energy efficiency and weather performance. Internally, new plasterboard linings, trims, doors and hardware were installed, complemented by a new kitchen, updated flooring and a redesigned laundry. The result is a thoroughly modernised home offering improved comfort, efficiency and longevity while retaining the integrity of the original structure.
